NSF International is an independent organization with employees in over 30 countries all of whom are committed to our mission to protect and improve human health and the environment on a global scale. We like to share our successful journey in implementing Oracle HCM cloud beginning from Core HR, Self-Service, Benefits, Absence and Talent management to Taleo. This session will provide an opportunity to learn our phased implementation approach and how it benefited us in implementing Taleo recruiting & transitions. In this session learn how Taleo simplified and automated the recruiting & transitions process, set a foundation for global scale-up, out of the box integrations to HCM cloud & pre-screening vendors and our critical success factors.
Objective1:To share our phased approach of Oracle HCM cloud products implementation from Core HR, Self-Service, Benefits, Absence and Talent management to Taleo recruiting & transitions.
Objective2: To demonstrate how effectively the above approach helped us in switching from Oracle EBS i-Recruitement application to Taleo Recruiting & transitions.
Objective3: To illustrate the improvement in the time to hire process we received from Taleo Recruiting & transitions through a high degree of automation in on-boarding and systematic approvals in addition to real time reports readily available for hiring managers and recruiters.
Objective4: To discuss about out of the box integrations between Taleo and Oracle Human Capital Management and Employment Pre-screening vendors
