Coexistence of Best-of-Breed Oracle Products for an Integrated CRM/Service Solution

Organizations today are leveraging the out-of-box functionality provided by best-of-breed products to automate their CRM/Service functions. Hence, there is a need to integrate front-office and back-office applications to provide a seamless customer experience. This document outlines the design considerations, high-level architecture, and industry best practices to automate and integrate common Service Ordering and Reverse Logistics scenarios, leveraging Oracle (Order Management, Depot Repair, CPQ Cloud) and Siebel (Installed Base, Service Contracts, Projects).
