Customer Experience Community

The Customer Experience Community (CXC) is the user community established to align with Oracle’s customer experience strategy, which combines traditional CRM for sales, marketing and commerce with mobile and social networks to enable companies to differentiate themselves across all channels, touchpoints and interactions. This community will include users of the customer experience products that include Oracle RightNow CX Cloud Service, Oracle Endeca, Oracle ATG Web Commerce, Oracle WebCenter, Oracle Siebel CRM, Oracle Fusion CRM, Oracle CRM On Demand, Oracle Social Network and Oracle Knowledge Management.
