The Oracle Applications Users Group (OAUG), an organization providing the world's largest user knowledgebase for Oracle Applications users, announces its 2014 executive committee, a group elected by the OAUG Board of Directors that is responsible for the organization's strategic planning process and direction.
The 2014 executive committee members are Alyssa Johnson, president; Melissa English, president-elect; Peter Gee, treasurer; and Donna Rosentrater, secretary.
As president, Johnson chairs the 2014 OAUG Executive Committee. Johnson has been an active member of the OAUG since 2003 and has served as a member of the organization's board of directors since 2011. In addition to performing her board responsibilities during that time, she served on the OAUG's Governance, Education and Marketing Committees and as the board liaison to the OAUG Fusion Council.
As president-elect, English is the current president's back up and assumes the role of president in 2015. For the past two years, English has served on the OAUG's Board of Directors. Since 1996, she has contributed numerous presentations and articles and served on the OAUG's Education, International, Governance, Geo/SIG and Meetings and Conferences committees as well as chair of the Marketing and Communications Committee.
Gee served on the OAUG Board of Directors from 1997 to 2006 and again from 2013 to present. He previously had several leadership roles as vice president, treasurer, conference chair and Geo/SIG chair and has contributed articles and participated in numerous conference presentations at various OAUG events. He has 20 years of experience with Oracle E-Business Suite Financials.
As an OAUG member since 1992, Rosentrater has worked with Oracle products for 22 years while working for several global New England-based companies. She has also served on the OAUG Board of Directors from 2000 to 2007 and has been active with the New England OAUG since 1992.
