Hi: We migrated from A5200 to StorageTek 6140, dual HW RAID controllers). We configured the arrays to support RAID 1+0 for Oracle datafiles. The arrays are (4GB cache, 4GB Fibre channel HBA, 16x146GB drives) direct attached to the Sun Enterprise server. The arrays are in production for about 1.5 yrs, and so far so good.
