[OAUGNetDBA]-Oracle software configurator

 Hi All,
I  Installed the oracle configurator. I ran the emccr collect command to
get the configuration info. 

I uploaded the jar file in a draft SR. But the configuration information
did not show up on Metalink( software configurator dashboard) . I opened
a TAR to ask why does the config info does not show immediately the
analyst told that it was a bug on your system and would take 3 days to
show up. But actually it took 7 days to show up. But even now  while
opening a tar If I choose oracle software configurator, instead of
standard SR only the configuration of one instance shows up not the
other( I uploaded the jar file from 2 instances).

My Question is 

1.	Is this the case with everybody? 
2.	What is the use of this Software configurator if the config
files don't show up immediately ? Then I will be able to open only a
standard SR.
3.	Why am I  am not able to open tar for module specific issues via
choosing oracle software configurator? 

Please explain.
