[OAUGNetDBA]-R12 upgrade and platform migration

Hi,

We are on 11.5.8 on HP TRU64 5.1b with DB 8.1.7.4 all on a single tier.
We would like to migrate and upgrade at the same time to RH Linux 4 and
R12.0.5.

I've read some of the upgrade manual but didn't really find any platform
migration info.

Do we first have to migrate our existing 11.5.8 on HP TRU64 Unix to RH
Linux before upgrading to R12?

Can we migrate from 8.1.7.4 DB directly to 10.2.0.3 DB without going to
9ir2 inbetween?

I would appreciate your feedback and any supporting metalink note IDs.
We are looking to implement a path that Oracle will support as well.
