[OAUGNetDBA]-Deactivate and activate managers through command line

Hello,

Is it possible to deactivate/activate a specific manager (eg: Workflow
Mailer Service or Apache service) through the command line, instead of
using the Administer Concurrent Managers Form or OAM screens.

Thanks,
Thomas
