Jai,

If you use Consolidation using Balances Method, then as far as I
understand there is no way of performing incremental run of
consolidation, and you need to reverse the prior runs and bring in new
consolidation journals.

However you can define Consolidation Set using Method of Transactions,
which would help you to consolidate only unconsolidated transactions.
