[OAUGNet]-RUP 6 patch

We finally put our RUP 6 patch in this past weeked.  Since going live, all 
week we have had a major problem.  From forms in Oracle Apps , to running 
concurrent requests, to compiling forms at the unix level, we are getting 
ORA-12537: TNS: Connection closed.  It's intermittent.  I tried to compile a 
form, got the error and then tried to compile the form within 10 second and 
it was successful.

Has anyone had a problem with this error ?
Any suggestions ?

Our DBA has had to bring the database down about 3 times a day.
