[OAUGNet]-Error in defining Transaction Types

Hi,

Error in defining transaction types for sales order of a new OU

When I define transaction types for sales order of a new OU, I meet an
this error

APP-FND-01016: Routine FDFRKS: Unknown structure ID 0 for flexfield
code GL# with application ID 101.

I have already checked the follwoing
1)
Logged on with Receivables Responsibility Navigate to
Setup->system>System Options and fill in the default GL accounts.
2)
Recompiled flexfield - General Ledger Accounting Flexfield
3)
Sales Order flexfield has been compiled.
4)
Ran the REPLICATE SEED DATA request from the System Administrator
Responsibility !

Help out in resolving the issue
