[OAUGNet]-Loading Geographies in E B Tax for R12

Hi Oracle gurus,

We are implementing E Business Tax in R 12.0.5 for our client and would like to know if there is any way to programmatically upload the geography data (Counties, Cities and Postal Codes) into Oracle without using Taxware or Vertex. In our previous project we used data loader as we had only two states. But now we have to load the geography information in 5 states or more and using data loader does not sound to be a feasible option for us.

We have come across metalink documents which state that the only option to programmatically upload geography information in R12 is by using 3rd party software's like Vertex or Taxware. However, we would like to know if anyone were able to use any workaround to complete the task.
