We are using Mark View for all our scanning of AP invoices and HR
documents.
We then use the workflows to route the invoices to the individual
folders for entry and approval in Oracle. We process about 7000 invoices
a month and haven't had any issues with Mark View accept for the time is
takes to bring up an image when doing invoice entry. The approvals and
ability to send the image to anyone in the company for comments more
than makes up for the slowness of the image. This has made it so we
don't have originals going outside the AP area and being left on a desk
somewhere. We love the images being attached to the invoice record and
the HR record in the system.

We did not look at any other system as 170 Systems came highly
recommended to us.
