Is there anyone using a full install of HR with Purchasing and/or iProcurement? If so, could you contact me regarding to how you set up your HR positions and the PO position hierarchy? We are using position hierarchy, rather than manager<>employee relationship to do routing for approvals and are struggling with what is the most effecient way to set this up and not require a lot of maintenance within HR. (AME is not an option for us because we can not upgrade to 11.5.10 at this time) How many segments do you have in your position flexfield? How are the segments defined? How is your organization defined? Do you have any situations where a requisitioner can be in one org, but the buyer/approver is in a different org? Do you have any situations where you have multiple people with the same position, in an org who need to be requistioners or buyers?
