E-Business Suite 12.2 is finally out, and the upgrade process is as challenging as ever. We will also point out the issues (and their solutions) may be encountered.
The RDBMS 12.1.0.1 database is certified with EBS. We shall see the interoperability with different versions of EBS and issues involved. The new version RDBMS 12c is announced to be certified for EBS. Customers will be interested in planning their EBS releases for new database. What are the challenges involved in it? Advantages for EBS customers with 12c RDBMS.
Many times I have run across the same issues. 30%, 60%, 90%, IFC. What do these mean as far as project progress? Can these steps be used for ROC? The standard release of these review packages are somewhat confusing to how far along the project progress actually is. Is it accurate? Using P6 to decipher.
Public sector agencies are using multiple systems to manage their functions and are data rich. Various disparate systems collecting data within itself makes it hard to have a unified view of data across the entire agency. As these systems are usually custom built, there is no out of the box business intelligence solution. This paper discusses how the power of Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition can be harnessed to create a single enterprise system unifying data through advance modeling techniques.
See what the hubbub is all about. As a large general contractor having adopted Primavera Unifier, Mortenson Construction has implemented this as an enterprise solution for our project management administration. You'll learn the successes and challenges of implementing and using Unifier, all from a general contractor’s perspective. See how leveraging technology in the day to day operations of a project is not only beneficial to the contractor but to all the project partners.

We had a mature implementaiton of Agile PLM, EBS and Demantra; a new acquistion used SAP for manufacturing and we needed to incorporate them into our forecasting and order entry systems. Come see how a simple and straightforward integration leveraged Agile PLM to address the problem.
In the past, configuring Oracle to support GASB 34 compliant Capital Asset accounting and reporting required the configuration and maintenance of two ledgers (modified/full accrual). This paper will present an alternative, single-ledger approach that leverages request sets and Subledger Accounting to produce GASB compliant accounting and reporting. This presentation will discuss the required configuration and present a case study from a client successfully using this approach.
Create system acceptance test scripts 50% faster with Oracle User Productivity Kit (UPK). Reduce test plan creation time; improve accuracy, and provide a foundation for reusable training documentation, simulations, and end user performance support. UPK helps speed the testing cycle, captures test steps automatically, and then import them into Oracle Application Testing Suite (OATS), IBM Rational, or HP Quality Center. Hear how our customers and partners have leveraged UPK for testing. Understand how the various
