Data card manufactures highly customized and modular systems used for card personalization and delivery. Oracle Configurator is used for configuring these highly customizable systems. In the last few years we have significantly changed on how we design, develop and use configurators. This session would be to share our journey from the old school to the next generation Configurator.

The challenges of upgrading from 9.3.1 to 11.1.2.1 are many, but there are none that can't be overcome. Some of the challenges are substantial, such as the migration from EAS to Calc Manager, or the migration of the user community to the new SmartView.
