He is responsible for Oracle’s global field operations, including consulting, marketing, sales, alliances and channels, and customer programs, as well as corporate strategy.
Managing Change: Strategies for Today — And Tomorrow
This year Oracle celebrates its 30th anniversary. To mark the occasion, Charles Phillips will provide a sneak preview of an exciting new product direction. It’s been an amazing 30 years, both for Oracle and for technology and business in general. As the global economy continues to grow and change at an accelerated pace, our customers and partners have more choices than ever about how to run their organizations to succeed. But their greatest challenge lies in recognizing the need for change and successfully managing the change process. Charles Phillips will discuss some of the key challenges facing organizations today, and how Oracle continues to innovate value for customers.
Mr. Phillips holds a bachelor of science in Computer Science from the United States Air Force Academy, an MBA from Hampton University, a J.D. from New York Law School and is a member of the bar in Washington, D.C. and Georgia. Mr. Phillips is on the boards of Viacom Corporation, Jazz at Lincoln Center in New York City and New York Law School.
