Cancellation and Replacement Policy

If you have registered but are unable to attend the conference, a refund of $75 will be granted to a fully-paid registrant if the cancellation is requested in writing and received by OAUG on or before October 20, 2005. Please note, after October 20, 2005, there are no cancellation refunds. Refunds will be processed within 30 days after the conference. Exhibit staff registrations are not refundable. Attendee substitutions from the same company will be accepted. If you wish to substitute someone, please send your notice to or by fax to +1 404.240.0998 by October 20, 2005. After October 20, 2005, all substitutions must be completed onsite. Payment for the original attendee will be transferred to the substituting attendee.

In the event that the Oracle Applications & Technology Symposium 2005 — Chicago is canceled, registrants will be reimbursed their registration fee only.

Hotel reservations must be canceled 72 hours prior to your arrival or you may be charged for your reservation.
