E-Business Suite Boot Camp

This class offers the Oracle DBA a unique opportunity to install Oracle 11i Applications and learn how to patch and clone the database. The course will review the table space migration option and the implications of upgrading to Release 12. Also included are discussions around the architecture of Oracle Applications and the utilities that will allow the Oracle DBA to manage Oracle Applications. Additional topics covered are: storage, grid control, auditing requirements, disaster prevention and what to do if they occur, as well as getting the most out of your MetaLink investment. This is a hands-on class with 55 percent lab and 45 percent lecture.
