The Oracle Applications Users Group (OAUG) is governed by a Board of Directors elected from the OAUG member community. Elections for the 2008 OAUG Board of Directors will soon be underway, and all members are encouraged to participate in the elections process.

The OAUG is a global organization comprising users and partners of the growing family of Oracle Applications. As such, the OAUG Board of Directors strives to have global and broad product representation so that users from around the world and across the family of Oracle Applications have their voice heard by Oracle. Please keep these goals in mind when reviewing the list of candidates for the 2008 OAUG Board of Directors.

Key contacts of all OAUG member organizations will be receiving balloting instructions, including a list of candidates and candidate biographies, via e-mail on Wednesday, October 10, 2007. Only key contacts of OAUG member organizations can vote on behalf of their organization. However, we encourage all employees of member organizations to provide input regarding the 2008 Director candidates to their respective key contacts. If your organization’s key contact has not received information about the 2008 elections process, please have the key contact send an e-mail to elections@oaug.com for assistance.

All online votes must be recorded by 11:59 p.m. Eastern (New York) Time, Friday, November 2, 2007.

Thank you for your continued support of the OAUG!

 — Jan Wagner, OAUG President
